You have two convenient options: register yourself using the Tap & Hop mobile app, or get registered by our sales executives. Both routes lead you to one thing — your free card.

Method 1: Tap & Hop Card Registration via Mobile App

If you have a smartphone, this is the fastest way.

  1. Open Google PlayStore (for Android users) or AppStore (for iPhone users)
  2. Search for “Tap & Hop”
  3. Download and install the app
  4. Once installed, open the app and tap “Register”
  5. Choose “Passenger”
  6. Enter your full name, phone number, and other required details. Make sure everything is entered accurately
  7. You’ll receive an OTP (One-Time Password) via SMS
  8. Enter the OTP to complete your registration. Congratulations, you’re done registering.

What Happens After Registration

After registration, you can either call or WhatsApp us on 0535125004 to pick up your free transport card, or wait for a call from us. We’ll notify you when your card is ready and provide pickup details.

Method 2: Tap & Hop Card Registration Through our Sales Executives

Once you connect with our team, one of our executives will personally guide you through the registration process. Where to Pick Up Your Free Tap and Hop Card

Once your registration is done, you’ll receive a confirmation message or a call letting you know when and where your free card will be ready for collection.
